Hello! My name is Lisakhanya Baqiwe, and I am a student teacher at the University of Johannesburg, specializing in Life Sciences and Physical Education. I am passionate about helping learners develop scientific knowledge, healthy lifestyles, and the confidence to achieve their full potential through engaging and learner-centered teaching.
Throughout my teaching practice, I have gained valuable experience in lesson planning, classroom management, learner assessment, and adapting my teaching strategies to meet diverse needs of learners. I believe that every learner deserves a supportive and motivating learning environment where they can grow academically, physically, and personally.
Outside the classroom, I have a strong passion for sport, especially soccer. I enjoy teamwork, discipline, and leadership that sport develops, and I believe Physical Education plays an important role in promoting learners Physical, mental and social well-being.
I am committed to continous professional development and enjoy exploring educational technology and innovative teaching methods that enhance learning. My goal is to graduate as a knowledgeable, dedicated, and inspiring teacher who performs his role with excellence in both Life Sciences and Physical Education, making a mmeaningful and lasting impact on the lives of learners and contributing positively to the future of education in South Africa
