Lisa Lemans

As CEO of Cast Off, LLC, Lisa Lemans guides a company focused on the creation and distribution of luxury brands across e-commerce and retail channels. Previously guiding Professional Contract Management, Inc., (PCMI) as Director of Training, Technical Support and Development, Lisa Lemans ensured customer satisfaction through a continuous monitoring process.

Among Ms. Lemans’ accomplishments was setting in place training programs that met the needs of some 300 clients across Michigan. Personnel handled through this system included 10,000 substitute teachers, temporary staff, and providers of internal tech support. She was responsible for on-site demos and trainings for internal employees and clients, and worked to enhance information-flow accuracy across systems.

Lisa Lemans previously served as Vice President of Operations at PMP, Inc., and had a pivotal role in developing and managing a number of business models for a $12 million company as well as developing the patented business model that offered proprietary placement software for substitute teachers. She also guided classroom and Sylvan Testing Center training focused on a variety of computer applications. With PCMI, she oversaw the successful acquisition of PMP’s education division and helped ensure that client and technology transition ran smoothly.

Community-focused, Ms. Lemans co-founded the Northern Michigan JobFest and served as chairperson of the nonprofit Breakfast for Champions Committee.
