When you have a great voice, use it. And that's what I do, in as many different ways as possible. In the studio recording another voiceover, singing another jingle or another song for my bands or – my favorite use – chatting with my 15 year old about the day or the latest in world news, I'm not the quiet type. Besides an exceptional voiceover artist, I front two very different bands: Milkshake - an award-winning Grammy-nominated rock band for kids, and Love Riot - an original Americana band for adults. I have written music that has found its way onto TV and movies, and various kid channels like PBS KIDS and Nick Jr. Besides being a voiceover artist and music artist, I'm also a teaching artist with the Wolf Trap Institute of Early Learning Through the Arts, and Young Audiences of Maryland. I have created residencies for pre-k and kindergarten classrooms in Baltimore City Schools, working alongside the teacher to bring music and arts into the curriculum. I have also created "Music With Milkshake," an assembly for schools and libraries in general. Recently, I was hired to create a "Learning Journey" for the Baltimore City Schools and Enoch Pratt Library system.
