I love to travel, but don't like being a tourist. I want to experience what the locals do and see, or get lost and discover something unusual.

I am obsessed with gourmet food, the prettier the plate the better!

I belong by the sea, warmed by the sun and calmed by the sounds of the waves crashing onto the shore. I am emotionally overwhelmed every time I see the sea for the first time each year.

I am a wife, mother of two, registered nurse, homemaker, author, CrossFitter, and chef-wanna-be.

My dream is to be published and see my finished book LIGHTHOUSE POINT on the bookshelf at the Sanibel Island Bookshop!
