I am accountable for ensuring that all RPO CORE resources have access to the latest sourcing tools and that they continually use all tools at their disposal in the most efficient and beneficial way. Responsible for developing a curriculum to train the RPO CORE teams on deep dive sourcing strategies, recruiting, Boolean searches, how to properly use social media for recruiting, and how to use internet based tools that identify quality candidates and competitors. I partner closely with the RPO CORE Leads to ensure that I've trained all of their team members, as well as new hires, on our Advanced Internet Sourcing Training. This training is a deep dive into learning Boolean and how to use various Social Media/Networking sites for sourcing candidates in order to ensure that none of our RPO CORE members rely only on the job boards. I develop and identify ‘sourcing tips of the week’ shared with our entire RPO CORE team. I collaborate with the ManpowerGroup leaders to ensure we are identifying and launching new sourcing tools. I provide direction to the RPO CORE resources who need assistance developing search strategies for more difficult to fill positions and act as a resource for our other RPO CORE brands' resources in webinars and group trainings and act as the front line for sourcing questions from the teams. In addition, I coach recruiters on day-to-day recruiting activities when necessary. I work and collaborate very closely with our RPO CORE Sr, Director and Manager on development of ongoing training needed for our RPO CORE team members.
