Lisa Somers

Hi, my name's Lisa. I'm currently studying psychology and am passionate about making people's lives a little easier. I've had lots of my own struggles with food intolerances, and have created Gluten Faulkner to help others who may be in a similar place.

I love horses, and have an Irish Draught mare who keeps me fit, as well as a black Labrador, who sleeps more than the average baby.

Gluten Faulkner seeks to provide recipes and advice to those who struggle to find the right foods for them, and also to have a positive impact on the everyday lives of others.
