Lisa Trifiletti stepped into the corporate world by launching her own consulting firm, Trifiletti Consulting, Inc. in 2016 which provides strategic land use, environmental, entitlement, real estate, transportation, project management. This company also focuses on governmental/public outreach consulting for private sector development projects and complex public infrastructure, transportation projects, and updates of governmental planning documents.

Lisa Trifiletti served as Deputy Executive Director, Chief Sustainability Office Director of Environmental and Land Use Planning, Executive Assistant of Airports for LAWA, LAX from 2010-2016.

Through her innovative ideas, Lisa Trifiletti develops advanced, transparent and consensus building strategies to secure stakeholder buy-in and multijurisdictional approvals for complex development and infrastructure projects.

In addition to it, Lisa Trifiletti handles complex environmental clearance projects and entitlement approaches that include sustainability and minimize environmental impacts.

Lisa Trifiletti played a vital role in managing and creating all strategic planning, environmental/legal analysis, public outreach, entitlement and permitting developments for all capital and infrastructure improvement projects at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), Van Nuys Airport, Ontario Airport, and Palmdale land holdings.
