I’m pragmatical and strive to always comprehend. I use the bird's eye perspective, to overview and structure, to understand how things are connected. And I also understand by sharing my knowledge and experiences with others, to inspire, motivate and coach them. Co workers as well as users.

I’m curious about cultural influences and what happens when things are combined or when meetings occur. Im motivated by encouraging users and usage.
