Lisa Williams (Fayetteville, TN)

Certified community action manager Lisa Williams spent more than three decades with the South Central Human Resource Agency in Fayetteville, Tennessee, in the role of assistant director of fiscal operations. Her work with the Fayetteville human resource agency involved virtually all aspects of accounting and financial reporting, including the management of South Central accounting software, the development of accounting and procurement policy and procedures, and the preparation of monthly financial reports. Lisa Williams also analyzed company budgets in order to maintain and optimize profitability. In addition to her work with the South Central Human Resource Agency, she spent six years as an accounting and banking specialist with the Tennessee Association of Human Resource Agencies.

Ms. Williams received a bachelor of science from Athens State University in Athens, Alabama. Beyond her work in finance and accounting, she has spent time contributing to charitable causes, having taken part in Relay for Life cancer benefit events. She also enjoys vacationing in Charleston, South Carolina and on the coast of Florida.
