With Masters in both International Relations and Education, my passion is human performance, and specifically how managing our energy and attitude impacts performance in all areas of life. I'm a conference speaker, trainer and mentor whose mission is to bring our unconscious use of energy to top of mind. My research encompasses geo-political, interpersonal and quantum relationships and my presentations are personal, practical and science based. My goal is to provide individuals and organizations with tested methodologies to manage and harness the untapped energy resources within our private lives, workplaces and communities. My aim is to create a quiet energy revolution to enable individuals, families, businesses and communities to make better and more informed decisions about the way we use resources; our own and the planet's.
