I am a true optimist with a belief that anything is possible using dedication and determination. Being a resourceful and solution-orientated individual, if I have an idea and the will to succeed, I am already thinking of the way to make it happen.

Passion and wanting to make a difference drive me and finding new ways to do things excites me, particularly when it comes to helping people. I love the world of business, with the infinite opportunities available and the ability to lead a team to achieve something special.

My drive, imagination and empathy are treasured attributes and believe that my energy and strengths are best used when launching new projects and concepts. My agile mind and varied experience provide the advantage of being able to 'cross-pollinate' with ideas adopted from unrelated areas, resulting in some innovative thinking.

Whatever I set my mind to, I like to bring a sense of fun and purpose - a job is not worth doing unless it makes a difference and you can do it with a smile.

I am determined to succeed but hope that the journey is also rich and I am able to create a secure and interesting future, whilst doing something I am passionate about.
