My name is Yuchan Dave. After getting my MBA degree at University of North Carolina at Charlotte, I started my career with Target as an Assistant Manager. Working with Target helps me to accumulate plenty of experience in business management. In 2016, I started my career with Family Dollar Corporate as a Replenishment Analyst. Within 6 month working as a Junior Analyst, I was promoted to a Senior Analyst role evaluating over 1 million records of data representing over $700M in annual sales.

In 2018, I joined in Bank of America Merrill Lynch as an eCommerce Product Manager, Vice President. In my current role, I am able to utilize my data analytical and project management skills.

I am a conscientious self-starter, who is looking for challenges all my life. When I was still a sophomore student at high school, I dreamed to study aboard for my bachelor degree. After several deep discussions with my parents, I persuaded them that I would be working very hard to overcome any difficulties in another country. Therefore, I came to U.S. by myself to study for business when I was 18. I was very lucky to find good companies to work with since I graduated.

At work, I am a dedicated team player. And at home, I am a supermom taking care of my 18 month baby girl.

I am looking for roles that will help me to move to the next level. I am a goal-oriented person looking to make a strong impact in a company. I am a connector and innovative thinker. Creating my own company and my MBA studies further strengthens and broaden my business skill set. Nothing can stop me from being the best of the best; I had 4.0 GPA when I graduated from the MBA program.

I love to play tennis and dance in my spare time. Also, cooking and traveling makes me happy and relax from works.
