I’m a Dad chasing goals and I strive to be the best version of myself for me and my family.
I believe in the POWER OF EXAMPLE and being my best version allows me to set a quality example for my son.
Having experienced my own stay home dad journey for the last 4 years and having over 15 years of experience as an educator in early childhood, I know kids!
With my passions being my family, fitness, teaching and personal development, I thought I would combine all my areas of expertise and experience by creating #dadschasinggoals.
My mission is to be a positive, motivational and confidential outlet for Dads to ask questions and learn about work/life balance, training, children, eating and ultimately - how to become a quality example for their children and just feel re- energised in all aspects of their life.
