李文涛，男，1968年9月生，中国辽阳人。

建筑工程师，摄影师，1988年参加中国摄影函授学院学习摄影。

中国摄影家协会会员，现任辽阳市摄影家协会副主席、副秘书长。

现工作生活在辽阳。

2005年参加第十一届中国国际摄影艺术展和2005年丽水国际摄影文化节首届网络摄影展。

2015年作品《衍水之光》入选第15届平遥国际摄影展。

2017年参加中国丽水摄影节，举办“城市里的树”摄影展。

2019年在世界摄影组织“The Swap Project”获奖，作品在伦敦萨默塞特宫展出。

Li Wentao, male, born in September 1968, Liaoyang, China.

Construction engineer, photographer, studied photography at the China Photography Correspondence Academy in 1988.

He is a member of the China Photographers Association and is currently the vice chairman and deputy secretary general of the Liaoyang Photographers Association.

Currently working and living in Liaoyang.

Participated exhibition

In 2005, he participated in the 11th China International Photography Art Exhibition and the 2005 Network Photography Exhibition of Lishui International Photography Culture Festival.

The 2015 work "The Light of Yanshui" was selected for the 15th Pingyao International Photography Exhibition.

In 2017, he participated in the Lishui Photography Festival in China and held a photo exhibition of “Trees in the City”.

In 2019, he won the award at the world photography organization "The Swap Project" and his work was exhibited at Somerset Palace in London.
