Liya Mutale

Born on the 21st Day of
January 1964 in Lusaka, Zambia, Dr Liya Nawa Mutale is the first born in a
family of 6. Dr Mutale attended school at Lusaka Girls Primary School and later
Chipembi Girls Secondary School where she graduated in 12th Grade.
She later went on to attend National Service and in 1981 went to University in
Germany to pursue a degree in Human Medicine.

Dr Mutale is a born again bible believing
Ordained Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, Author and Family Life Coach.
She is a wife, a mother, a grandmother, the Founder and Vice President of TLC
Family Life Ministries International, CEO of TLC Events Management Consultants
Limited, President of Angelstar Fashion Products Inc – registered in the United
States of America and also in Zambia, Partner in Kachelo Travel and Tours Limited, Director in Eleazar Worldwide a global
marketing business supplying world standard products from Amway. In summary, that's all until the Lord opens
new doors.

Dr Mutale is also a Medical Doctor with a Masters in
International Health from the University of Copenhagen in Denmark. She has over
10 years of Clinical and managerial experience working in Hospitals, Health
centres and NGO's in Zambia and Germany. Apart from clinical work in the Health
facilities Dr Mutale has worked as a Senior Program Manager for the Human
Resource Initiative at the Clinton Foundation where she was instrumental in the
development and implementation of the Zambia National Training Operational Plan
2008. Before this Dr Mutale served as Senior Clinical Care Advisor at ZPCT/Family
Health International, Lusaka Office in Lusaka Zambia. Here she specialized in
the implementation of HIV/AIDS management programmes including; prevention,
palliative care, Paediatric HIV care and Ante-retroviral Therapy. She has also
worked in several managerial positions in the Lusaka District Health Management
Board and the National AIDS Council.
Her
Medical Degree was obtained from The University of Leipzig in the Federal
Republic of Germany where she practiced for a few years.

Dr Mutale is happily married to
Brigadier General Justin Mutale and has by the grace of God mothered 8
wonderful children. From the oldest to the youngest are: Mumbi, Towela (who is
married to Tendai), Chibuye, Tiza, Namasiku, Natasha, Malama and Abigail. The
