liz socci

Born in NYC and raised in the bucolic suburb of Plainview, Long Island. Liz is a comedian, who has performed at comedy clubs across the country from New York to San Francisco. She studied theater at the famed comedy school Queens College, (Jerry went there).

Liz was producer and host of the monthly Stand up show Smart Mouth Comedy which featured Demitri Martin and Leo Allen among others. She has developed a solo work in a workshop taught by Kirsten Ames (USCAF) and is most recently working on a screenplay.
While pursuing her career as in Show biz, Liz has worked as a chauffeur,caterer and personal chef.

She is proud of the fact that her brother Philip Socci was the writer/originator of the infamous fake ad ,"If Ted Kennedy drove a Volkswagon he'd be President today", for The National Lampoon. Google it.

Comedian Kevin Meaney has called her, a young Joan Rivers.....with great timing.....she'll work for a long time. *
