Fiercely passionate about employer branding, I’ve spent the last 7 plus years helping organisations differentiate themselves in intensely competitive markets, to attract, engage and retain the best candidates.
Running a national agency myself, I am acutely aware of the importance of finding and keeping great talent and conversely finding ways to communicate to potential candidates in a way that is still in line with budget constraints.
I’ve managed a company through a rapidly changing economic environment and evolved both my personal skill set and the overall direction and service offering of the agency that I run to be more in line with client requirements, budget and the ever-changing media landscape.
Over time my specialties have developed into; employer branding, employee engagement, internal communications, graduate and student communications, managing the candidate experience, website development and social media and people and organisational management.
