Liz Blankenship

Hello! My name is Liz, and I am in my 3rd semester of SLIS and excited about graduating in the Spring. I work for Worthington Libraries and am the Children's Programming Specialist at Worthington Park. I get to plan and present all of the storytimes there, as well as lots of other fun programs. I have worked for two other library systems besides Worthington in the past, and have loved them all. I graduated from the Ohio State University in 2009 with a B.A. in History. I love my job and am excited to start my career as a Children's Librarian soon!

On a personal note, I will be celebrating my one year anniversary in a couple of weeks. My husband and I have two cats and look forward to finding a house shortly after I finish school. I enjoy reading, running, knitting, and naps with my cats when I find the time.
