Growing up on a farm in rural Australia gave me a wonderful sense of the natural tatses and flavours from home grown produce and cooking. Now living in the city and raising my own family, my children get the benefit of the city school education without loosing the wonderful tastes of cooking from the farm. The desire to bring these wonderful tastes and flavour to others in the community was the motivation behind my company sheoak trading. Our company develops and creates beaufitfullly blended herbs and spices, and sources these locally where possible. we also work with Australian growers to provide preservativeand additve free dried fruits. Our philosophy is that great taste and flavour come from the art of combining foods the natural way, not from adding preservatives, fillers, or additives.
