For the past 15 years I've had the opportunity to successfully recruit, manage and lead recruiting teams, and create recruiting departments. I've enjoyed doing so for ideation firms, start-ups, construction, consulting, and staffing agencies. I'm constantly looking to improve, learn, practice curiosity, and build deep relationships to foster the company's long term growth and success.

Intuitive design inspires me: whether it's intuitive flow in process, applications, hardware, software, buildings, clothing... design and technology are fusing to create engaging, meaningful experiences that allow us to strive, act, then implement. I'm so happy to be a part of it.

Outside of work you can find me in the hiking with my puppy, meditating on mountaintops, or at home sewing, doing yoga, and happily drinking tea in my forest garden.
