As an ambitious bilingual (English/Spanish) leader with a strong background in high-tech, leadership, and data-driven decision-making, I am eager to pivot into the sports industry. My extensive experience working with diverse teams, combined with my passion for coaching and educating, baseball knowledge, and scouting skills, positions me to make a meaningful impact as a Bilingual Coach and Player Education Specialist or as a Spanish Translator and Scouting Assistant. I’m excited to leverage my expertise to help athletes thrive in dynamic, multicultural environments and contribute to building winning teams.

In addition to my technical background, I’ve gained specialized expertise in MLB GM & Scouting through certification and mentorship from Sports Management World Wide, under the guidance of Dan Evans and Hank Jones. This experience has deepened my understanding of talent evaluation, scouting techniques, and advanced analytics. I’ve learned how to integrate data-driven insights with traditional scouting methods to assess player potential, strengths, and weaknesses. My training has equipped me with the tools to apply advanced metrics and Sabermetrics to predict player performance and make informed decisions about talent acquisition. These skills enable me to evaluate prospects at all levels, from high school to the major leagues, and I’m excited to apply them to help teams identify top talent and optimize player development.

I am eager to join a professional baseball organization where I can apply my bilingual skills and business strategy, technology, leadership, and emotional intelligence to help teams integrate cutting-edge technologies for talent evaluation, education and development. My goal is to foster an environment that values both technological innovation and the human element of the game, helping with the identification of top talent and building strong, cohesive organizations.
