I’m a data and AI leader with over 15 years’ experience shaping and delivering data strategies across finance, e-commerce, travel, and retail. My work centres on building modern, cloud-based data platforms that turn complex information into actionable insight—driving commercial value, smarter decision-making, and operational efficiency.

In addition to my data leadership roles, I served as an Engineering Manager responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and training, as well as fostering a supportive and inclusive team environment.

I’ve also led enterprise-scale data transformations at organisations, where I introduced scalable analytics platforms using BigQuery, dbt, Tableau, Python, and Looker. These solutions enabled real-time, self-service analytics and embedded machine learning into forecasting and pricing processes—transforming how data supports business decisions.

Alongside my professional career, I am an active contributor to the global tech community. I serve as a London Community Leader and Global Point of Contact at AnitaB.org, supporting volunteers and communities across EMEA, Latin America, and the Caribbean. I’ve co-chaired content for the vGHC EMEA Conference, led the Mid-Career Membership Committee, and helped organise events like Hopperx1 London, focused on advancing women and underrepresented groups in technology.

Earlier in my journey, I served as an Executive and Non-Executive Director at London Plus Credit Union, holding roles including General Secretary and Compliance Officer, where I supported governance, risk, and regulatory oversight in a mission-driven financial institution.

I thrive at the intersection of strategy, engineering, and impact, and I believe in building high-autonomy, inclusive teams where innovation is both practical and meaningful. In my next role, I’m looking to join a mission-driven, forward-thinking organisation—be it a startup, scale-up, or enterprise—where I can continue to lead data, AI, and engineering efforts that deliver long-lasting value.
