Blessed Mother of 3 amazing young men. Active member of the Wimmera Mallee homeschool tribe with my youngest son. Volunteer mentor at the Anglican Shed Project in Warracknabeal, helping children to learn woodworking skills.

My Interests

I love road trips, camping and hiking. I’ve spent plenty of time in the Grampians and occasionally still enjoy being there. Now getting to know the Little Desert since moving to Dimboola, enjoying frequent bike rides on the many tracks around the Wimmera river. Love travelling to homeschool camps, usually large gatherings of happy homeschool families in beautiful locations with a line up of fun activities. I also love gardening, particularly growing heirloom veggies, which I haven’t done a lot of lately.

Drawing and painting is also something I’ve enjoyed off and on over the years, as well as photography - mostly garden and nature photos and some travel photos. A sample of my art can be viewed via the Pixelfed icon link below.

Spirituality and self improvement have been a major focus for most of my adult life. I’ve studied the bible with different groups, done a lot of journaling, meditation, and now also walk the path of self enquiry and healing, while being exposed to different modalities such as sound bathing. I’ve participated in group settings as well as practicing solo. This path is my main passion, along with being connected to the earth and natural cycles. The significance of natural health to healing and maintaining a positive mindset has also become obvious to me after years of supplementing a relatively active lifestyle with plenty of fresh fruit and veg and herbal teas.
