I am the type of woman that you remember because I have exceptional work ethic.I am innovative and inquisitive. And am most comfortable in a leadership position.

I view life as a competition and winning is what I set myself up for. I come from humble beginnings, yet I dare to dream big. Both of my parents left their home country to pursue the American Dream. They gave up the comfort of familiar territory, language and customs to go in search of a better life. Their sacrifice is something I carry with me. It fuels me.

I have come to realize that fear is a wasted emotion, instead I encourage myself to feel uncomfortable and out of place- I grow.

Currently I attend UCLA. It is an institution that has taught me about my strengths and weaknesses and has given me an opportunity to remedy those. I understand my brand. Graduating college will be a great feat but it is just a step in the journey that I will soon begin. I am a strong independent educated Latina woman, so look out!
