Hello, my name is Elizabeth Encinia, but you can call me Liz. I'm just a small town girl from South Texas who loves Jesus and loves a good latte.

I grew up as a Pastor's kid and by God's grace, I'm still involved in the work of the church. Believe me, I saw the good, bad, and the ugly of church ministry and while many people run away from that kind of drama, it had the opposite effect on me. I knew that when I grew up I wanted to not only share the hope of Christ but I wanted to help church leaders learn best practices to better their ministry efforts and develop the next generation to lead with a healthy perspective.

I answered the call to ministry at a young age and strive each day to make HIM known in all I do. Come and join me as I take on this adventure called life, with Jesus!
