She has written for USA Today, Newsday, the Washington Post, and MSNBC.com. Her first book, "Supergirls Speak Out," was published by Simon and Schuster when she was 20. She has spoken about young women and healthy ambition at Cornell University, Duke University, Boston College, and NYU, among many other other colleges.

She is at work on her next non-fiction book. She lives in New York City.
