Apart from the list writing and the ticking off, I’m at my best when I’m busy busy busy and rolling my sleeves up getting stuck in.

I'm captivated by individuals from all walks of life with all sorts of experience. I love working with others delivering people solutions and ideas that fit, add value and promote opportunities for everyone to do what they do best.

I am passionate about performance management and genuinely crazy about customer service.

My friends would say I’m fussy; I would say meticulous. They also say I’m nosey; I say its more curiousity and the urge to challenge.

Every day for me is a learning opportunity, a chance to hone my skills and broaden my horizon, no matter what I’m up to.

So when I’m not in the office, you’ll find me at the flicks, in front of the hob, down the pub and of course, on the slopes.
