Hi there. I’m Liz Hover … a Brit gal living in Winnipeg, Canada.

I’m the director of online for the National Screen Institute - Canada (NSI) - a film and television training organisation.

I manage their website, social spaces and online short film festival.

I've been named one of the world's top 125 fearless female bloggers and moderated panel discussions for Manitoba's first blogging conference, MBlog. In 2014 I was the official conference emcee which included interviewing New York Times best-selling author and blogger, The Bloggess.

I was a juror for the Canadian Weblog Awards for three years. And in 2013 was nominated for a Women of Distinction award for my online work.

In a previous life, I've been a publicist, marketing and communications manager, magazine editor and freelance writer covering topics from Madonna’s latest album to bio-technology.

I'm addicted to Netflix and Instagram where I managed an account for my instafamous dog, Sadie Shih Tzu who had over 30K followers. Sadie sadly passed away and now I'm introducing my new dog Lily to the Instagram community.

In early 2015 I launched a beauty blog called Lipstick is My Co-Pilot in an attempt to share beauty advice for folks over the age of 30.
