I have an aerospace engineering degree, so sometimes joke that I'm a blonde rocket scientist.

Over the years, while at startups and companies like Google and frog, I developed a passion for and expertise in product management and leading multi-disciplinary teams. I love working in creative environments, with crazy-smart people from all backgrounds, and learning something new every day (whether it's work-related or not).

An experience in 2016 taught me a lot of new things, which in turn inspired me to co-found Smith Assembly in 2020. I want to share with you what I've learned about the magic of learning, working, and playing together, especially how hands-on building activities deepen human connection.

When I'm not in the office, you'll find me outdoors—most likely on or under the water.
