I'm Liz, a 22 year-old full-time college student trying to find her way through this non-sense we call life. I'm a marketing major at the University of Baltimore and I have never been happier... I finally found my niche in college! After almost 3 years as a chemistry major, I finally realized that I was sprialing down a path I was not prepared to travel down. So, I packed up my things, transferred schools, and chose marketing as my new major. Never have I made a better choice.
A few personal things about myself: In my spare time I enjoy running, rock climbing, skiing, mountain biking, cooking, and thrift-store hunting. I attend tons of raves and concerts, and have seen nearly all of my favorite DJs live. Video games have always been and always will be quite a guilty pleasure of mine; in fact, I've put more than enough money into my custom-made PC and attended PAX East in Boston, MA last March!
My experience with social media is quite expansive (Tumblr, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Last.fm) and I have honed my tech skills throughout my lifetime (Microsoft Office, basic HTML, Typing: 70 WPM). I am also a skilled writer and can submit numerous writing samples if desired. I have learned plenty of management skills through the jobs I have had so far, most notably through my current place of employment. Additionally, my time management skills are a force to be reckoned with and my eye for detail is scarily accurate.
