A long time ago I was this girl that you see here. The perfect dress, the gorgeous clutch (obviously!) and the most perfectly wind-swept hair. Not to mention that adorable scrunched up face look that is the coveted model expression now-a-days!

Since back in 91', I have traveled much of this fine country, learned that fashion is the least of ones worries and become an adorable adult version of myself- with a heavy, heavy dose of feminist indoctrination which I refuse to speak ill of.

On this trip I had an old, plastic Vivitar film camera. I ran around and photographed the pigeons and carriages in Central Park. Now, when I run around in hopes of photographing things, I take my 4x5 view camera or my best DSLR. I've photographed everything from weddings to senators to the Orion Nebula to landfills. Everything fascinates me.

Besides being able to stick my nose into a book of any subject and being interested in it, I have the honor of raising my own children now. I am very proud to say that I am the Administrator of Fairydust every evening at 8 o'clock sharp. In the daytime, I am:

"a really great mom, but not very cool."-Lucy, age 3.

"Always busy volunteering or something"-my sister, Angela.
