Hi there, I’m Liz and I’m a nurse living in New Bedford, Massachusetts. Some of the things I am most passionate about are travel, animals, ancient wisdom and spiritual growth and development. I enjoy hiking, kayaking, yoga, Qi Gong, and spending time with my dogs exploring nature. I have been a nurse for over 25 years and I continue to love what I do more every day. I also have great interest in the Eastern medical philosophies and have continued to acquire knowledge in this area over the years. I am a certified hypnotherapist specializing in past life and between life regressions, I also practice various forms of energy medicine as well as life coaching and other traditional therapy modalities.
