Liz Sorton has been coaching since 2002, working with adults at transitional times of their life - newly single, planning for early retirement, returning to work after a family or after a long term sickness.
Liz has been working with young people only since 2004 in various of roles - a coach, youth worker, mentor, advocate, trainer, behaviour management course faciliator working with young people who were in the care of the local Council, known to a Youth Offending Team, in prison or at risk of dropping out of school. Liz has worked for NCS The Challenge in a variety of roles from Assistant Leader and senior mentor to support worker and personal coach in the summer of 2016.
Liz also worked with private individuals - working in the areas of anger management, at risk of not fulfilling true educational potential, coping with parents splitting up, motivation, NEET prevention and time management, to name just a few areas.
