Proud mother of 2 caring children, and successful career woman, seen as a leader in my field. I’ve been married for 26 yrs. I recently realised that my husband is a narcissistic abuser, or as my daughter now refers to him - ‘Narcky the sharky’. What utter relief to know that I’m actually NOT losing my mind, that I’m not the problem here, just the target of a psychopathic, vindictive individual who blames everyone else for his problems and projects his wretched self-image onto those around him. Not one to wallow in self-pity, it’s time to rise from the ashes – NOW.
