As a passionate advocate for tourism, I hope to one-day work in the Tourism or Economic Development sector for Durham Region. I want to use my passion and experience to deliver results that demonstrate to stakeholders and taxpayers that tourism benefits businesses and residents alike.
I am currently the Communications Coordinator for the Durham Regional Office of the Friends of the Greenbelt Foundation, reporting directly to the Vice-President of Communications and Operations. My contract will be ending on March 31, 2016, and as a passionate advocate for tourism, I hope to bring my knowledge and experience from the Foundation to Durham and hope to drive tourism to our beautiful and growing Greenbelt areas.
