Hello world. My name is Lydia Noonan, a hospitality student in the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. I am passionate about the real estate business, world of communications, advertising, and hospitality industry. I currently spend my time as a student and brand ambassador for clean tea, Runa. My true passion is real estate appraising. At the age of 14, I began working for a local appraisal firm in my hometown. Although this started off as a summer job, I fell in love with the business. I'm fascinated by the world of real estate and all it has to offer. I've been taking appraisal courses for about three years and recently I've met people who have become influential in helping me establish myself in the real estate world. I hope to one day be a real estate agent and show houses. I continue to work at Benchmark Appraisal over breaks and the summer. Currently, I'm looking for an internship that could get me some more experience when it comes to real estate agencies. With hard work and the right attitude, nothing can stand in the way of my goals.
