Larry is an accomplished civil engineer and project manager with extensive experience in the environmental remediation/construction field including client development, technical design, field execution, and project management. His experience involves multimillion dollar projects ($5M to $125M) spanning remediation, disaster and emergency response, and civil construction for commercial, government, and industrial clientele (US Navy, ACE, FEMA, USPS, NY MTA, FL DOT, PA DER, Avery Dennison, Wal-Mart, Volkswagen, Praxair, Upjohn Chemicals, etc.)

He has a track record of success for complex and challenging remediation. Direct hands-on experience includes RCRA, CERCLA, B. anthracis (2001 bioterrorism incident USPS), Hurricanes Katrina-Rita-Wilma and Irene disaster relief, geotechnical environmental (caps, slurry walls, braced excavations), and all types of chemical hazards (PCB, TCLP, UXO, OGL, listed, mixed, etc). Worked with Lawrence Livermore National Labs to develop pre-incident clean-up plans for VX nerve agent, Anthrax, and Cesium-137 terrorist incidents.
