I study people, leadership and the art of communication. I stumbled into IT by building relationships and leading people.

I am not the smartest in the room and I don't have any shame in opening a support ticket and tapping into the very smart engineers and technicians around me.

I believe, we(IT professionals) are foolish to think the reason IT exists is to have cool systems and tools. IT in Higher Education exists to solve education and business process and tool deficiencies.
