My name is Llewellyn Janzen.

I am a pastor, teacher, blogger, writer, author, and leadership mentor who is passionate about sharing and teaching principles that strategically encourage, equip, and empower others for a life of enjoyed success.

By nature, I am a next level thinker and disciple-maker, using my creative abilities and aptitude for architectural engineering to design and outline systems, structures, and strategies that make it easier for individuals and organizations to realize their dreams and maximize their potential.

That's why, in 2012, I founded Destined2Lead Initiatives, Inc. as an ongoing investment into the next generation of emerging leaders. I am committed to using my leadership skills, knowledge, and passion to motivate and mobilize individuals, organizations, and churches toward their leadership destiny!

My wife, Kowanda, and I live in Regina, Saskatchewan—the heart of Central Canada. We have been actively involved in pastoral leadership since 1988 and have 5 children.
