Prof. Llewellyn Van Zyl (Ph.D) is a positive organisational psychologist and an internationally recognized expert in enhancing talent and wellbeing through data-driven, strengths-based talent assessment and -development initiatives. He leverages 15 years of expertise spanning both academia and industry, to bridge the gap between cutting-edge behavioural science and organisational practice.

As a consultant and organisational psychologist, Llewellyn founded and led a successful management consulting firm that partnered with various Fortune 500 companies to map talent capabilities, develop customized talent assessment solutions, and to design targeted talent development programs with proven ROI.

As a behavioural scientist and applied statistician, he holds an extraordinary professorship with the Optentia Research Unit at the North-West University.
