Lloyd LeCain

Lloyd G. LeCain has led an impressive career with the U.S. Navy Reserve, achieving the rank of Captain. As a life member of the U.S. Naval Institute, he is recognized for excellence in service and a personal commitment to honoring individuals who contribute to the strength of the organization. Mr. LeCain donates annually to the Naval Institute Foundation, Inc. As a result, the organization recognizes Lloyd G. LeCain as a member of the Leadership Circle and the Commodores Club. Moreover, he serves as an Instructor for the Fleet Readiness program at the naval base in Ventura County, California. An affiliate of many naval associations and foundations, he remains active in his retirement from the military. An advocate of programs that support the U.S. military, Mr. LeCain holds membership in the Naval Submarine League, the Surface Navy Association, and the Military Officers Association of America. Moreover, as a member of the Reserve Officers Association of the United States, Lloyd G. LeCain leads as President of the Department of California. ROA operates as an advocacy group supporting men and women in the military for almost 90 years, seeking to affect government policy. As a President in ROA, Lloyd G. LeCain assists service members in career management while providing information regarding important legislative developments. Lloyd G. LeCain earned a Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation from Texas A&M; University in College Station. Currently working in the private sector, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Executive Concepts, a military contractor based in Washington.
