An experienced developer based in West Palm Beach, Florida, E. Llwyd Ecclestone Jr. has completed a number of student housing projects over the course of his career. These include The District, a 924-bedroom building in Morgantown, West Virginia, as well as a complex featuring a 750-space parking garage and 933 bedrooms near Old Dominion University, in Norfolk, Virginia. More recently, E. Llwyd Ecclestone Jr. developed a community with 764 bedrooms in connection with the University of Arizona.

Having developed hotels, golf courses, and other complex projects, Llwyd Ecclestone Jr. has shared his experience as a member of multiple boards. He chaired both the Palm Beach Shore Protection Board and the Economic Council of Palm Beach County. Additionally, as the chairman of both Airport 88 and the Construction Committee, Mr. Ecclestone assisted with a multi-year expansion that featured a new main terminal at Palm Beach International Airport. He has also been invited to share his insights as a guest speaker at such industry events as the PGA Property Owners Association Annual Meeting.
