Hi there, I'm Maddy!
I'm a Sacramento native with a B.S. in Applied Nutrition (and a minor in Psychology). After finishing my undergraduate degree, I moved to the beautiful and historic city of Savannah, Georgia. There, I completed my supervised practice program in dietetics. I then passed my credentialing board exam and moved back to my home state of California to complete my Master of Public Health (MPH) degree. In 2018, I began working as a Registered Dietitian and Diabetes Educator.
Throughout my journey, I've been engaging with online audiences through "Cooking in Color" media to promote colorful and simplified home cooking that nourishes the body. I draw inspiration from bold, vibrant, and creative lifestyles (i.e. colorful living).
