Counselling: I am a qualified counsellor currently looking for work. Feel free to look at my linkedin profile. For my or a colleague's services, if you are in Greater Manchester you can self-refer at https://salford.solvefit.co.uk/csr/.

Music: I love all kinds - I've sung in a reggae band, a folk choir, write my own songs (that I'm not brave enough to perform) and now I'm in Shir Chadash. We do relaxed, fun, rocky musical prayer services. If you'd like to come to one, contact us through the Facebook page at www.facebook.com/shirchadashmanchester.

Judaism: It's been a long journey and it's not over. I was "assigned ultra-orthodox" at birth. It was a disaster and I've spent a long time working on finding out what I want from my Judaism and how to go about it. When I can, I'm involved in my community at Manchester Reform Synagogue aka Jackson's Row, now housed temporarily. I'm also involved with Manchester Chavurah, a small community who use premises at Manchester Jewish Museum.

Health: I have ADHD, Arthritis, Autism, Bipolar, CFS, Fibromyalgia, hEDS, SPLD and Sleep Apnoea among others.

I am bisexual, non-binary and non-monogamous. It's really important to be able to talk about all of these things. Do feel free to talk with me about anything without fear of taboo. Conversations especially welcome when accompanied by good dairy free coffee and cake!
