I've worked as an accountant for a couple or so decades, the majority of those years as a self-employed accountant or accountant for the husband and my business, RookSoft Ltd. based in Malaysia.

RookSoft Ltd. is a mobile development house, meaning we develop mobile apps. You know, those apps and games and such that you use on your iPhone, iPad, Android phone, or other smartdevice? Yeah, those.

I also write and edit. I've done freelance writing and editing, including for a tech magazine in Sri Lanka as well as commercial clients. I write the copy for our RookSoft and Pink Zombie Studios websites, too. But the writing I really love? Fiction. Science fiction and fantasy. Novels, short stories, flash fiction.

I'm also a hobbyist photographer - I'm in it strictly for the fun! And more recently, I've been experimenting with graphic illustrations. Seeing if I can create artwork for some of our games and apps. I'm just at the beginning stages, of course, so I have a long way to go in the learning process, but I'm having fun. And it's an interesting journey!
