Lee Renee McGinnis' background is in real estate sales, coaching and training, but her passion is in motivating, problem solving and supporting her agents on their paths to success!

Lee obtained her real estate license in 1985 at the age of 21 and proceeded to build a successful real estate business. In the early 1990's she was asked by the company she worked for to share her experiences with new agents and be a trainer. She created, wrote and delivered sales, motivational and finance training for new agents. Lee expanded her training capabilities to include seasoned agent and management training as well as developing a recruitment program and retention program. “It was during that experience that I realized that my true passion and gift was in helping others to believe in themselves and succeed and I started developing my own philosophies on what drives that success”

In addition to real estate sales and training, Lee's professional path has included corporate sales and she was also Vice President of a national women's business networking organization centered around using golf as way to build a leadership toolkit. Lee is a Certified Professional Coach, a member of the International Coaching Federation and has the prestigious PCC credential in coaching. She is also certified as a holistic integrated health coach through the Institute for Integrated Nutrition.
