The effectiveness of the Program Funding Platform Team is crucial to sustaining the successful outcomes of this comprehensive initiative.

Responsibilities include:

- Sourcing, reviewing, coordinating and responding to public and private "RFP" requests

- Working closely with the Marketing, Community outreach and Government affairs teams

- Providing platform information, new initiative concept proposals, Newsletters and White Papers

- Providing Outcome measurement reporting and program success stories for distribution to all potential funding sources, as well as community, state, county, and government stakeholders
