The Workforce Development (WFD) platform is designed to move our clients after completion of milestones in treatment, counseling and mentoring to employment readiness and then sustainable employment.

We focus on designing collaborative partnerships with faith, community, county, state, federal, foundation and corporate stakeholders to develop innovative approaches to preparing, training, employing, case managing, and measuring the success of our program participants.

Our goal is not simply to introduce clients to employers, but to expose and right-fit new job seekers with sustainable entrepreneurial and employment opportunities to assist them in funding their families future.
