Lebo has 12 years experience in building technology solutions for multinationals across emerging markets. She was responsible for market expansion for Fundamo, a mobile payments company acquired by Visa in 2011, where she commercialised mobile money platforms for Financial Institutions and Mobile Network Operators in Africa. She has a deep knowledge of the dynamics of scaling a business in Sub-Saharan Africa and most recently helped Stanbic Nigeria build digital solutions and partner with Fintech start-ups in Africa.

Lebo gained her multinational experience from Visa however founded EagleQuest Africa, an Advisory firm that specializes in Fintech and Financial Inclusion Advisory in 2014. She has lived in Nairobi, Kenya where her company consulted to a Venture Capital Firm that funds entrepreneurs in emerging markets and ran their Fintech Africa Investor Readiness program in 2017 and 2018. Lebo was instrumental in matching start-ups to investors in the tech start-up ecosystem globally. Eaglequest Africa has completed projects with Multichoice Africa, Women Development Bank and Gemalto, amongst others. Lebo has served non-executive roles on boards including Transaction Junction (a subsidiary of Blue Label Telecoms), Pamodzi Group, an Investment Company, and Contipower.

Lebo regularly contributes to conversations on fintech, financial inclusion and entrepreneurship in Africa. She has been named the "Future Leaders in Financial Services" in the CEO Most Influential Women Awards and named "Inspiring Fifty Women in STEM", an initiative by the Kingdom of Netherlands.
