My name is Lauren and I am a British expat who moved to Dubai 5 years ago. I began my career in the UK, as a telesales representative, which was the first in many stepping stones in me developing my skills in Real Estate. After a few years residing in Dubai, I decided I would like to challenge myself and became a personal assistant for the CEO of large corporation. With a bit of research, I began to see the potential in Dubai’s Real Estate market, as it is the only market in the world that has seen over 140 nationalities investing their time and money in the properties. I conducted a study, to show the trends of the market price downturn and pick up. After developing an understanding of the market, I took my first jump into Real Estate. As I find enjoyment from meeting new people on a daily basis and advising people to make wise investments, I immediately decided this was the career path I would like to follow. After strengthening my skills at a Real Estate brokerage for a couple of years, I moved to Herald Land who are the exclusive selling agents of Land, car park and student accommodation investments in the UK.
